Trees for Life is proud to partner with the Beechwood National Cemetery to offer a very special opportunity to honour the hero in your life with a living legacy planted on the grounds of Canada’s National Cemetery.

Through Beechwood National Cemetery you can invest in a Tribute Tree for $400, to be planted on the Cemetery grounds, in memory of a loved one.  Please note that these spaces are limited.  To learn more and reserve your Tribute Tree, click the button below.

Once these spaces are filled, or if you prefer, there is an option to plant a Trees for Life Hero Tree for $150, which will be planted outside of Beechwood grounds within a Trees for Life Hero Grove. In doing so, you will play an important role in creating a healthier, happier Canada by increasing the number of native trees and shrubs where we live, work, and play. Your investment includes professional site preparation, planting, and any necessary aftercare to ensure the long-term survival of your Hero’s Tree.

    Established in 1873, Beechwood is recognized as one of the most beautiful and historic cemeteries in Canada. It has been designated as a National Historic Site.

    The Beechwood Cemetery Foundation is a not-for-profit organization and a registered Canadian charity. Beechwood is governed by an active volunteer Board of Directors. It is the only organization of its kind in Ottawa.
